I am excited to be a part of the Husky Pack at Hull-Sanford Elementary. I have served Madison County as a Middle School Assistant Principal and Assistant Principal at Ila Elementary. Prior to Madison County I worked in various schools as a Social Studies Teacher, Head Varsity Coach, and High School Athletic Director.  

I earned my Bachelor of Arts Degree in History at Piedmont College, Master of Arts in Education from Nova Southeastern University, and my Specialist in Educational Leadership from Georgia College and State University.

I am a fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, the Atlanta Braves, and the Red Raiders!

I am so thankful to have been a part of the Husky family since the beginning of this school year. I began my teaching career at Madison County Middle School in 1996 after earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in Middle Grades Education.
I continued my education at UGA earning a master’s degree in Middle Grades Education and a specialist’s degree in Teacher Leadership from Lincoln Memorial University. My teaching experience includes 10 years at Comer Elementary School and 9 years at Madison County Middle School as a math and science teacher. For the past 8 years, I was an Assistant Principal at Madison County Middle School.
