Dr. Amanda Sailors is the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning.  She has been a part of the Madison County Charter School System Team since 2012, when she returned home to Madison County after serving 10 years in Gwinnett County Public Schools as a high school English teacher and then Assistant Principal at Dacula High School.  In Madison County, Dr. Sailors has previously served as the RTI-Assessment Coordinator, Student Services Director, and Principal of Comer Elementary.  A member of the Madison County High School Class of 1997, Dr. Sailors has deep roots in Madison County.  Her grandparents attended school at Comer High School and Ila High School before the community schools were consolidated into one!  She and her husband Chad have two children, Katie and Tucker, who both attend Madison County High School.
